*Cesar braces himself against the counter while Ryuzaki pulls himself up, and then he's close enough to feel his warm breath on his face, and have his vision pinned by dark eyes that can see straight into his skull. There is no way to hide from them, no disguise for the way his eyes widen, or the pauses in breath while his gut swoops pleasantly. '... If want someone to take charge.' Pause. 'That could be me', Ryuzaki said. '... or, you know... that could be you...'*
