He curls his shoulders, but when Cesar yanks his hair his head tilts back easily on his scrawny neck with a sharp cry. He clenches his teeth, clawing at Cesar's hand and attempting to tear it away from his face, but his strength is already flagging; his body knows that it's not a match for Cesar's larger and more powerful frame, and as Cesar starts to succeed in pulling his teeth apart, he makes every effort to jerk his head as much as he's able with his limited mobility.
