He's an alien, and has mentioned Time Lord in relation to himself and that it's something he probably is, even if he doesn't know if it's a title or a species or what the fuck ever. He has two hearts, and has changed appearance by saving himself from dying. Not that he knows how often he can actually do that. Also he has a time machine that looks like a police box. Not that he can use it.
